Accessibility Features
Resizable Text
All text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality using your browser's zoom feature.
Keyboard Navigation
All functionality is accessible via keyboard. Use Tab to navigate, Enter to activate, and Escape to close modals.
Screen Reader Support
Our platform is built with semantic HTML and ARIA labels to support screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Colour Contrast
We maintain a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text to ensure readability for users with low vision.
Dark Mode
A dark mode is available via your dashboard settings to reduce eye strain in low-light environments.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our platform may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working to address these:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible
- Certain third-party embedded content may have limited accessibility support
- Some complex data tables may benefit from additional ARIA enhancements
We are committed to resolving these issues as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement programme.
